Very good. I really liked the staff and I enjoyed the location. There is a lot within walking distance. the bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't love the room it was basic and a little depressing. It was also a little dusty.

Exceptional. Staff is exceptional and go above and beyond for you. Great location with tons of cafes, restaurants, shopping nearby plus the metro is a 5 minute walk away. Rooms are cozy. Would definitely stay here again!. .

Superb. -very nice staff, always available to help you -unlimited water, coffee, tea (free of charge) -food delivery to your room -central location -everyday cleaning if you wish -comfortable bed -room size is good enough for 2 people -lot of places nearby to eat. -cold room, the windows do not hold the heat inside (however the AC can be used to heat up the room) -busy street, traffic jams and honking are constant (no soundproof) -the room's door is not soundproof you can hear every noise from the corridor -the elevator is noisy when it is operating (you can hear it is moving inside your room).
