Very good. Nice location. The guys at the reception were really friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace is absolutely awesome, I recommend watching the sun rise from there. Quiet street.. Facilities are outdated, but I have stayed in much worse places in Istanbul. The sheets for my first night had big holes. The room cleaning was messy and I was founding my room in different states every day - some days I got full pack towels, some days not, some days the towels were on my bed, some days in the bathroom, some days they were thrown over my stuff on the chair, some days my sheet was covering the whole bed, some days it was just folded on the bed, one day it was inside out, some days I didn't have bags in the trash cans, I run out of toilet paper twice. I was on the first floor and it was noisy from the reception and coming/going out guests..

Superb. The rooms are clean, they have a good breakfast, friendly staff with a kitty, very good location. There is a wonderful view from the terrace, but renovations would be needed.. I do not recommend buying a SIM card. It costs 30 euros and you have to return the card. They do not return the money, even if you spent it for 1 euro..

Excellent!!!. I had an amazing stay!!! I honestly felt like home! Huge thank you for Ebru, Osman and Bayram! Amazing location, beautiful view outside room window. Perfect roof top to spend some time. Nice breakfast. Next time I will be back I would tile same room only for my stay!. All great.

Very good. Ebru from Front Desk was always very friendly and helpful with guiding us towards visiting the main attractions that are located very close to the hotel, at walking distance: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace. .

I’d definitely stay here again if I ever return to Istanbul, the location was fab and the staff were brilliant, helpful. Its central location was great to explore the sights.. Nothing.

Good. Friendly staff. Lovely people. They were amazing.. Some facilities in the room were broken. Also the room was on street level and the curtains didn't fully cover the window leading to light from outside bleeding in and the possibility of people looking inside..
