Superb. Clean rooms, good shower, comfortable bed. No real good space to work. Just a small round table. No desk..

Good size room but basics are missing not a 5 star hotel. Good size of f junior suite room.. No basics that are expected from 5 star hotel: - House keeping does not renew towels at evening so morning showers are with the same wet towels from last night. - No body lotion - Huge side to side windows which is good, but blind curtains cannot be closed half or custom way which means pitch black room or fully open for opposite building to view what you are doing - no mid option where you can protect some areas from view and keep sun light coming in. - horrible view to the parking area - lights work similar to the curtains 3 modes but no dimer which means separate areas cannot be dimmed switched on or off. - Spa charge is 19 euro even with Junior suite option. But again, no robes and towels readily available, shelves empty if you want a towel, bath robes are missing, also three loungers only for such a huge building, no ice in the ice tray (why would you have it at all if it is empty?) Overall feel is if they tried to save a lot of money cutting on little details or basics that you expect from even lower grade hotels that actually make the difference for your experience. I would rate the service and facilities as 3 star + No return to this hotel for me regrettably..

Superb. Would definitely return.. We had the best time at the Nobu hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special for the two nights we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are impeccable and extremely comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.. The spa facilities could be a little bit more up to date, at one point people were coming in with no where to sit so it was a little crowded..

The hotel its self is beautiful and with it being close to Sants train station was accessible to all other locations.. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean room. We ate in the cafe which was lovely the service was also great very friendly gentleman served us.. Was rather surprised for the standard of hotel that there was no body lotion available and on arrival the hotel provided complimentary biscuits but one packet for 2 ppl and the same with the teabags just one for each person usually hotels offer a range of teas and more than one each. When showering without knowing until getting in the shower the shower gel wasn’t working and the conditioner for hair was empty. This was also the same for the spa area empty shower wash and not replenish. The rooftop food wasn’t good and the menu was lacking in comparison to other Nobu’s I’ve visited which were great choice of food. There was also a server who was rude and unfriendly he gave the impression he really disliked his job and didn’t want to be there..

All hype! Just an exoensive hotel far from the center of Barcelona. When we arrived at the room, it was dirty, cracker wrapper on the bed, there was a man working on the bathroom, my wife have to wait 10 min for the man to finish tinting the window in the bathroom before she can use it. The Television was not facing the , the room was facing west- hot in the afternoon.. .

Good. Serene modern room set up - wood floors, shelves, bathroom - with unique small touches like latern lamps, japanese slippers and japanese crackers; rooftop bar and (very small) pool.. Room felt a bit tired; bathroom amenities were minimal - a shower cap - there was no lotion; location was odd - right next to the train station, very expensive and did not feel like a five star hotel experience..
