Excellent service. Amazing staff who were always available.
Breakfast was incredible healthy with a range of salads. They made egg the way you want it and my favourite was the omelette and fried egg. They had some hot breakfast selection as well.
The hotel staff were so accommodating and signposted where we could get our laundry done.
Our rooms were cleaned and beds changed everyday.
Location was excellent and walking distance to sightseeing and attractions.
Memeber of staff was so kind and asked what time we were leaving as he can serve us breakfast before the usual timings. Definitely all staff went the extra mile. If we return to Istanbul I will definitely book Gul Otel again.. No reason.

Very good. The stuff and food was excellent, location is good if you would like to be close to Haja Sofia, Blue Mosque etc. otherwise I will choose Besiktas area or area with Galata tower. Stuff is really nice and friendly, ready to help all the time. Breakfast is perfect with fresh food and you will be full for sure.. I didn't like a lot of mosque is pretty close to the hotel and every morning 7 o'clock roaring is heard from mosque..

Excellent. Everything was perfect and excellent.
The hotel is very clean, perfect breakfast and most importantly the hotel manager Noor is a friendly person and helped us in everything, also the staff, Hosen, Saber and Faras are all kind and helpful in everything.
Those who want to feel comfortable and at home then go to this hotel.
For me i felt at home with family so I only return to this hotel.. .

Exceptional. Great location, close to metro station, many shops and restaurants, walking distance to the many attraction. Very nice people working in hotel, they change towels and sheets on daily basis.. .
