Great People. We had a great 5 days at Kare. Henes and Haļan are super helpful; they provided everything we needed and have great customer service. We were sick and they offered help; they gave us Uber, taxi, shopping, and all sorts of tips for our time in Istanbul to be pleasant. The breakfast is full, and they have gluten-free options. The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The installation is new, and so is the whole facility. They organise transfer and sightseeing and are super friendly. The location is also good.. The only thing they could provide is to start breakfast earlier..

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff are amazing!!. Very cosy and homely vibes.. They out two beds together to make a double bed and I sleep in the middle. So it was a bit uncomfortable..

Don’t hesitate to stay here. The place is clean rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable and location is just like 10 minutes away from the tram, we loved the breakfast spread and the cleanliness of the food and freshness, Hakan and Anes were really nice with us helping with the bags and giving us time to guide us and explain about where to go in Istanbul and how to go to the attraction areas the easy way, both are gentlemen and very helpful and I would advice you to stay at this place specially if you are all young and capable of walking up hills or if you have elderly and can arrange to move by taxi this place is great for your vacation.. Non.

Nice hotel which can be better. I would like to thank the staff at the reception, they are all of them excellent and very helpful guys.. In my opinion the breakfast was average. We stayed three nights and only one day there were eggs other than boiled. I mean scrabled/omelette. Not many choices from all the other foods and not so much delicious. Butter, cheese were very frozen. The main problem was to reach the hotel with the car because of many changes in the directions of the roads, and because of a lot of works in the whole area. The GPS could not find alternatives we could follow. I hope this is temporare..

Very good. Friendly staff that provided us with a smooth check-in. The breakfast is excellent with lots of fresh fruit choices.. In order to get to the facility, we had to descend a steep hill. It's a bit tiring if you are carrying large luggage..
