Room was amazing!. The family room was excellent and really beautiful. 3 twin beds and one king. Room had a refrigerator, safe, great AC and really nice washroom amenities. The room was absolutely fantastic. High ceilings and made me feel like a king. Only complaint is that there is quite a bit of street noise. Otherwise the hotel itself has spiral staircase, tiny elevator. Breakfast was ok. Nothing absolutely amazing but I think it was very traditional and not my type. They had everything including pastries and scrambled eggs, etc. . .

. Great location, breakfast, personnel and transport options. It's safe and it's comfortable. Unfortunately, we had the bad experience of not having hot water to shower for one night (due to a lack of gas). . .

. Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the TV service was limited/difficult to figure out. And the breakfast was good not great. . .

Worst. We booked for 1 night what it was supposed to be the best room of the hotel and went there. The staff was really helpful in assisting us to find a car parking but with no success. Went in the room and did check out within 10 minutes. As we enter the room we saw the old moquette that needs to be removed ASAP from the room. Went in the toilet and saw that the WC was not appropriately cleaned. DISGUSTING. On the sink we found hairs and again DISGUSTING. Advice: Don't make not refundable booking. Check before. .

. Everything is perfect, room is and clean, the staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the reception girl was really friendly and helpful. The most important thing that I like was even I checked out, I still can left my luggage here for a few hours, that was very helpful. . .
