Clean and very decent hotel.. Relatively new 3star hotel with all basic amenities.. Booking advertised all kinds of amenities (I.e. bath) that are probably only available in certain rooms as we didn't have them. Also our room was advertised as accommodating 2 adults and a child, but we really wandered where would we put the child if we had one 😅.

Good value for money. The location is very good. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as shopping venues and the bus station. Room is clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is "ok"-ish - some more diversity would be appreciated.. Internet wasn't very good. The first evening I had no internet at all. I could connect to wifi but it provided no internet. The windows mechanism seems to be broken - you better not touch it. I had some hard time trying to close it after I wanted to let in some fresh air..

Good location, Amazing staff, Clean rooms!. The location is great! I like the region Kadikoy and this hotel is in a good location to have walking distance from sighteeing places, bus, tram stops and train stations. The room was very quiet with windows shut, and when open, the noise was not so much to disturb. Staff is very helpful! Mr. Can helped me from the 1st day as I arrived at 8 am and he changed my room to an empty one so I will not wait till the check-in hour. Rooms are very clean! They were really very clean. I liked it a lot! Safety in hotel. Although my door was left open 2 days back to back when I was out, everything was at its place.. First of all, I gave this feedback to Mr.Can, and he was all ears to listen and took notes to check what I shared and correct them. The door was not locking itself. Usually hotel doors are designed so that the door shuts automatically and locks so the room is not left open. My room's door was not shutting till the end and I forgot to shut it completely, so the room was left open. There are no hooks in the bathroom or in the corridor to hang things. In bathroom it would be great to have hooks in the shower, on the wall or behind the door so you can hang a towel. In addition there are no hooks in the corridor to hang your coat. You should either use a chair or hang them in the closet, in which are only 4-5 hangers. Last thing, it would be great to check the lamp swithches in the room as some of them may be broken, or not well fixed so it does not work properly. I think these are minor things that can be corrected quickly..

Superb. Our third time staying at the hotel. The location is really good in Moda, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also public transport is very comfortable including Kadikoy public transport port and big paid car parking where you can always find a spot if you are traveling by car.. .

Good price for the location and friendly staff. The location of this hotel is nice, if you're planning to be close to all the restaurants and shops. Also quite close to Kadikoy port (boats to the Bosphorus or the Islands). The rooms are not big, but everything you need is there. It's clean, beds are okay, desk to work, water, tea, coffee...not too bad. Bathroom is also okay, good shower and proper cosmetics. The staff is very nice and friendly.. The breakfast was okay, but not special. It's a little bit noisy in the rooms. Lot's of traffic which stops a bit after midnight. The airco was very loud and not possible to sleep with airco on (at least not when you're sober)..
