Acceptable for the amount paid, could be cleaner.. 1. Location - very near to the Spice Bazar, Yeni Camii and public transportation.
2. Nice staff.. 1. As the building is very old, it has a sewer smell and the bathroom is not that clean. Also, needs to be ventilated..

Good. Stayed 3 nites in old city hotel. Staff were nice and sometimes quiet. Very good breakfast on top floor in morning. Wifi was good. I was in small room downstairs. Very small room. Bathroom was good size. Towels clean.. Fridge didn't work. Staff tried to tune in tv but didn't work. Bed and pillows weren't that comfortable. Double bed which you had to enter from the bottom of bed as no room on either side of bed. As I mentioned it was small room. I'm sure pictures on booking.com showed bigger room..

Great Location, Stellar Staff, But Tiny Tussles. This hotel's biggest strengths are undeniable: location, receptionists, and housekeeping.
Location: Right in the heart of things! It was fantastic being so close to Eminönü . No need for taxis or long walks to get to the main sights.
Reception: The staff at the front desk (Fatih and Ismail)were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to answer questions and make recommendations.
Housekeeping: The room was spotless every day, and the housekeeping staff were very efficient and courteous.. Bathroom: The bathroom was very small. It wasn't a huge issue for a short stay, but anyone who needs a bit more space might find it cramped.
Breakfast: While the breakfast was good, the options became a bit repetitive after a few days. More variety, especially for those staying longer, would be a big improvement..

Budget Friendly for a reason. The location was fantasic. Very close to Suleymaniye Mosque. Also very close to mutliple different bus stops to get around town easily. Many restaurants and shopping options close by. The staff were very friendly.. We booked a triple room but got a double, the triple was not available for 2 of the 3 nights. There was no mattress pad/covering, just a flat sheet ontop of the mattress and a blanket. Window coverings didn't totally close. Trash can was rusting, the bathroom shelf was broken. Linen at breakfast had holes in them and we were served instant coffee..
