Great hotel. Great hotel in a great place. Suresness is a really nice place, plenty of restaurants and bakeries to choose from. 2 train stations nearby so plenty of transport links although it's about a 10 minute walk to the stations. Hotel staff friendly nice rooms and cleaned everyday. No complaints.. .

Ok. Typical modern functional business hotel. The bar is nice, while my room felt a bit too “cold” (not when it comes to the actual temperature… that was set to “high” when I came into the room). I hated the fact that the toilet sit and the sink+shower were in separate sub-rooms: I found that very unpractical. But, apart from this, it was an ok experience for a business trip.. .

An excellent stay..,,. Everything from start to finish…First the decoration of the entrance and reception… Second We were welcome very professionally from the reception Lady ‘ Oceane’ which was really a very good representative of Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp….Her colleague Romain was very helpful and thoughtful too as we were hungry. He went to the kitchen to prepare our food and lay the table without a sign of anger! He always smiled during his work , and of course Oceane was very attentive of what we needed. Well done Manger… you got a very good team in place! 👏👏👌…a big thank you to you All!. None….

Exceptional. Wonderful Hotel-Wonderful staff-. Being a tea drinker... I missed my daily tea boost.. as the teabags in the hotel were ... well...🙃😶. but I guess being in France.. I should really just have coffees and lattes and cappuccinos...

Rude front office staff. If you don’t want to spoil your holidays, don’t stay here.
Upon arrival, we met with a hostile and unprofessional receptionist by the name of Lucas. We did not feel welcomed at all. We were not given the room we initially booked .
We asked for toothbrushes and shaving kit and he slammed our phone . He later came up to our room and banged loudly on our door saying there is no shaving kit.
I went down personally to the front office and they passed me a shaving kit.
Lucas has some attitude problem. The Paris stay is truly affected by such horrendous attitude.. .
