i would definitely pay more and go. location was good the bell men were really nice and helpful. the toilet wasnt clean though they had a paper on it mean that it has been cleaned the bed sheets had some hair from previous customers maybe the blanket was very very light the one on bed i was cold for that night.

Never again. The variety on the breakfast bar was very good. Many things I did not like, starting with the rooms I was offered either disabled room or smoking room. Secondly no bar inside the room not even water, no slippers most of the 4 stars essential items were not provided.

Amazing stay for the Champions League final.. The staff were amazing the whole time I was at the hotel. No matter the hour day or night. They were able to help with whatever you need.. Wifi wasn't the best in the hotel good for texting and emails but no videos or streaming unless it was 4am / 5am it got better. I didn't like the breakfast options so I went over the road to Mcdonalds 2min walk from hotel..

Lovely hotel stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room lovely and clean. Very good location, close to Akersay tram stop. Took us a while to find the entrance as the one on the main road is closed for refurbishing.

Had a fab 5 days. The pool was great for the kids and the staff couldn't do any more.. Everything was just how we wanted it. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Noise from the main road, although this is not something the hotel can control.

I enjoyed it and will possibly visit again.. The location was great, neat so many shops and means of travel but on a noisy street the double glazing worked well.
Swimming pool was a nice addition.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the shower and they sorted super quickly.. There was building works happening which wasn’t too disruptive but early in the morning was not necessary. The walls are quite thin so could hear neighbours conversations if they were load.
The fitness centre was diabolical, just an old treadmill and cycle..
