Good hotel, but they need to work on the service.... We pointed out that there was something wrong with the coffee machine for breakfast and were then forced to pay for coffee when we were supposed to get it from another machine. Also, they couldn't help us with breakfast, as we had an early flight home. The hotel staff needs to work on listening to their customers and shouldn't we have to pay for regular black coffee for breakfast???. .

Great hotel in a well positioned part of Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay here - The hotel room was a decent size, very clean, modern bathrooms and amenities. Would definitely stay again.. .

Very good. Location was great. Near metro , buses etc.
Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. Room and towels were tidied everyday. Hotel was quiet.. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and no instructions on how to switch on overhead shower. The smaller shower worked perfectly.
We were given the twin room as requested but we were left uncertain about the twin beds being available until we arrived… although I had emailed the hotel they could not guarantee this before we arrived.
Guest should be made aware of the rumbling of metro beneath building. Not loud but on the 1st floor I was very aware of the noise..

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Staff at the breakfast were very friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable and the windows were very good at cancelling noise from the city.. More options for non pork eaters at the breakfast would be good..
