Not to be missed!. This spectacular hotel was lovely all-around: great staff, well-thought and beautiful room, bountiful breakfast, charming little neighborhood and great location near Pantheon and many other major sites.. .

The only place to stay in Rome. We spent 3 glorious days at Bio Raphael in September. The hotel was absolutely fabulous in every way. We stayed in a Richard Meir corner suite. The room was so comfortable and well-appointed. The service was spectacular. Everyone went so out of their way for us. Mariana and Paloma at the front desk were so generous with their time. They made our stay even more exceptional, offering great recommendations for dining and shopping. As far as the hotel goes, we loved the attention to detail and the clear dedication to the happiness of their guests. The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and sites yet tucked away in a quiet lane. We can’t wait to return!. .

A truly 6 star experience.. OUTSTANDING. Words just can't describe the 6 star service and experience we were provided during a very short stay.Emma,Tanya and management made this stay one that will live in our memory for many a year. When we are in Rome we always stayed at another very famous 5 star hotel & it is has always been excellent. However the Bio hotel Raphael Rome just blew the other hotel out of the water.The Raphael is now where we will stay every time without fail.I could go on and on about the service, food, attention to detail etc etc however i fear that the praise they deserve just wouldn't stop or be anywhere near enough. Thank you Emma for all your understanding at the time of booking, for the amazing suite and for your incredible compassion, understanding and professionalism. A six star experience all round. . This is my second stay at this hotel, and I have a mixed reaction. The location is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the service and facilities are first-rate. But my room was very small, far too small for a couple to share. I had to squeeze between the desk (not usable as a desk) and bed to get to the far side of the room where there was only a small chair stuck in the corner so tight that the wall molding poked me in the back. The lights made a bad buzzing sound that made me not want to use them. The size of the room made it not a good value, considering the cost of the hotel. The exceptionally well appointed bathroom was so small you had to turn sideways to get in it (and I'm not large) and you keep knocking into door handle or sink or tub. But I do want to emphasize how outstanding the staff is, how welcoming and helpful, and how great the location and the amenities. I'd stay there again, but only with a bigger room--and maybe different lights (a weird complaint, perhaps, but the buzzing was really loud and intrusive).. .

. Hotel was great. On a couple occasions we had to hassle them to get water delivered to the room. But other than that they provided us great service and recommendations for our needs. . .
