During my stay, there was an uncomfortable incident where the cleaner entered my room without knocking. This was quite unsettling, as privacy is a key expectation for any guest. I would suggest emphasizing proper training for your staff to ensure such situations do not occur in the future.
Additionally, the city tax was charged at checkout instead of during check-in. For guests staying only one night, especially those heading directly to the airport, this can cause unnecessary inconvenience. It might be more efficient to include this charge at check-in to streamline the process for everyone.
It would be beneficial to invest in additional training for your team to help them become more client-oriented. This includes practicing patience, maintaining professionalism, and managing emotions and communication with guests in a calm and respectful manner, even in challenging situations.

Exceptional. Definitely location, close to Nation metro and surrounded with cafe, restaurants, and shopping mall. I love a street market lined up in front of the hotel on Saturday. I stayed here 4 nights. The room is not very big but of course worth the price.. .
