. Never been to Istanbul before but wanted around this area as a base. Room was very good, no complaints with the staff either, they were very helpful in suggestions of places to see and how to get there. Breakfast, not the standard continental breakfast I’d have but it was sufficient enough to set you up for the day.
I’d definitely book here again if I went back to Istanbul.. .

. Arrived purely to discover city - the first reception staff was very unhelpful. Facility were poor, breakfast awful. Everything else was chargeable from using the safe to the sweating gym and dirty pool.
Surrounding area far from Istanbul centre and the sites (although close to tram stop). However, you would feel safe here overall. . .

. The rooms were dusty and dirty. Full of insects and our property would be fiddled with when we would not be in our room. We would not recommend not even 1 star I don’t know how this was give 4 stars. Pool was not allowed to be used. .
