. Never been to Istanbul before but wanted around this area as a base. Room was very good, no complaints with the staff either, they were very helpful in suggestions of places to see and how to get there. Breakfast, not the standard continental breakfast I’d have but it was sufficient enough to set you up for the day.
I’d definitely book here again if I went back to Istanbul.. .

. The rooms were dusty and dirty. Full of insects and our property would be fiddled with when we would not be in our room. We would not recommend not even 1 star I don’t know how this was give 4 stars. Pool was not allowed to be used. .

Very very unhappy. Hi I am very unhappy about my stay as the first thing is we didn’t get what we booked.my wife’s wedding ring has been stolen from the room. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool as if we did we had to pay $18 each time we use it and per person. The AC , safe box, the lights nothing was working.We asked them for a refund and we were refused one.all in all we are very disappointed.. .
