nice!. nice place and staff, all alexia, nadia, aaricio. nice region and calm.. i think the bathroom smelled a bit bad, it was clean but the pluming might have needed some work. I also think if the breakfast was served as a simple buffet (rather than seated) it would have been a bit more practical, it was good though. satisfied, but there is always a room for improvement.

Great staff and location, but room was not very functional.. All staffs were super nice. The room was big enough for big luggage. Walking distance to 2 metro stations and not far from Gare de Lyon station (if you come from the south). The area felt safe. Elevator worked well and not very small. Bottles of water provided everyday. Water pressure was good.. Water leakage from shower box every time taking a shower. Water temperature was not very stable. The worst part was air conditioner which was broken the first night I arrived and they couldn’t fix it. So, I had to open windows instead. Can’t imagine if it was summer time. So, I asked for compensation and get a free late check-out offer which satisfied me and made me feel better. The problem was fixed for the rest of 3 nights I stayed..

Exceptional. The room is small but very nice and fully equipped. I especially like the scent there. It's very pleasant. The room has a small window overlooking the quiet street, very pleasant after a day of playing. I really like the color pink, so I really like this hotel.. .

The staff were excellent and helpful, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no view. The staff were very helpful. The view from the room windows was brick walls.
