The staff as professional as it gets and super friendly , the rooms are super clean , they truly go beyond the extra mile to make sure their guest are comfortable , from picking me up with nice large car limo at the airport to hotel ... over all I would choose to go there again and again . .

. Had an amazing 3 night stay with my family at doruk palace. I think what really sets it apart is the service. They really welcome you here and genuinely try and make your stay enjoyable. No issues with picking us up at midnight after a delayed flight, gave us some free lemonde at one point, and when my daughter got sick they let us stay late until we could check in early at next hotel. Plus view from 3rd floor deluxe was fantastic. Overall a wonderful introduction to istanbul!. .

. This is a great small hotel close to Galata Tower. Hotel owner and staff are super nice and friendly. Breakfast included great variety of food. Rooms are kind of small in size. We booked a 'superior room' but it barely had space to walk around the bed. We had free upgrade to a larger room after we complained to the hotel owner. Hotel location is good for the Galata area, but next time we would prefer to stay in the old town.. .
