Terrible . The hotel was terrible, 1 pillow and it was flat, shower was terrible i only had the hot tap on and it kept going cold and it was over a very deep bath and very hard to get in and out. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was disgusting. The bottoms of the doors were rotted. .

Disappointing Experience at Restaurant. I had an extremely disappointing experience in the restaurant. The service was appalling, and the waitstaff was rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in.
The food was terrible and completely overpriced. I expected much more for the high prices, but what I received was far from satisfactory.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Save your time and money and choose a place that values customers and delivers quality food and service.. .

Not everyone could figure out why!!. Not as clean as expected, hallways were left with a lot of debris, poorly maintained like a derelict hotel in which the owner does not care about at all.
breakfast was scheduled to last till 10:30, but not a coffee was available at 10 am! hair dryer wasn't working, shower drain was semi clogged..

We stayed in this hotel with my family 23-24 September 2023.
The only good thing was evening reception staff.
On the 24th of September in the early morning, after 4 am, our car was broke in and valuable goods and belonging were stolen, in the parking of the hotel, just few meters from reception.
In the morning reception staff was very very irrelevant and when we asked for Hotel manager or shift manager, the same reception. staff told us that the day is Sunday and there is no managers on duty.
We asked the same irrelevant reception staff to call the police but the answer was do not call the police because POLIS WILL NOT COME.
Unbelievable silly situation.. .
