Exceptional stay. Excellent stay and very accommodating staff who go out of their way for you. Feels like a home away from home but with all of the amenities and services of a hotel.. The pillows - unfortunately a wider selection of pillows of varying thicknesses and fillings would have been excellent. The present ones are too shallow with little to no neck support and caused discomfort for me. Having said that, this is not a shortcoming of the hotel as their offering is some of the best in the city..

Not worth the money, definitely not 5 stars. location was great, design layout in room worked well. I had a number of issues at this hotel and when I complained I just got an email filled with defensive remarks that didn't address or take accountability for their faults. The shower had a ridiculously damp smell which they never resolved, the loud music in the hallway kept my sister up two nights in a row (even though we complained after night one), the continuous chasing of room service - we were waiting for simple things and told 'its coming' but it required repetitive chasing. The check in process/walk around showcasing of the room was bizarrely non existent for a room which has incredibly complex lighting. I left my jumper in the room and was not informed about this until I chased it a week later. It feels like no one was using common sense. It was sadly an uncomfortable stay so not worth the money..

Was fooled by marketing into thinking it was a nice boutique hotel but it’s actually going for young and cool, which fee. Good location. Very comfortable bed. Much too dark everywhere… needs more light or torches! Spa not up to much.
