Wonderful host in great location. This is an unusual hotel in that is is on level five of a six level building and only occupies some of that floor. An array of other types of businesses are on other levels but you only see them as you go up/down in the glass elevator. The hotel is well located to bus and metro services and easy walking to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, art and history museums etc. We had a balcony room, spacious enough and a small but modern bathroom. We had scaffolding near our balcony for tradies working on level six but this didn’t obstruct or view. I would check that you didn’t have a balcony room that was obstructed by scaffolding. Good A/C and TV. Very good breakfast for €10 and in a lovely enclosed but light and airy terrace area. King bed was firm but comfy. Double gazed doors provide efficient soundproofing. Our host Palmira was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. My wife was quite I’ll on the second and third days and we were to check out at 11am, but our airport transfer wasn’t until 5.30pm. Palmira changed the room cleaning schedule to allow us a 3pm checkout without any extra charge even though I insisted. This meant my wife had somewhere comfortable to rest for most the day. Good but could be better. Pretty nice little hotel that could be cleaner and in better condition. My room really needed some touch-up paint, which detracted from an otherwise nice, bright room. Also the room was surface clean not deep clean in the corners, etc. Concept Terrace is on the 5th floor of a multi-use building about a 5 minute walk up a hill from Barberini Square. Good, safe location. I found parking for my scooter just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with scrambled and hard boiled eggs and bacon. No fresh bread and cheese was limited to one type. Good selection of whole fresh fruit and yogurts and a nice cappuccino. Staff were friendly. Bed was excellent, firm and super comfortable. Shower was enormous. I was solo but my wife would have hated the fact that there was no counter space in the bathroom by the sink, none at all. Really need some shelves to put toiletries. There is a fridge to put a few things in, which was handy.. .

5* hotel! Perfect location!. Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff! Everything you need in one place and the location was perfect! We stayed here for 1 night and the room was in great condition, huge shower, comfy beds and air con! 15 minute walk from Colosseum and 5 mins from fountain! Would definitely return ☺️. .

Exceptional. Was very clean and everything fresh and new, the shower was perfect, the location perfect- walking distance from Termini (10 min), walking distance to the center via del Corso (7 min) , breakfast so delicious!. .

Fabulous, highly recommended. Best breakfasts.. We loved staying at Concept terrace- location is amazing, we walked everywhere and so close to bus, Metro, Trevi fountain, Borghese Gardens and Colosseum. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, the breakfasts were awesome- fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, rice, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit and yoghurt- honestly the best breakfast we’ve had and kept us going through the day. Staff were available to help as needed and happy to assist. Thank you to Palmera and team for looking after us so well!!. Nothing.

Safe, Clean, Confortable and Friendly. We stayed at the hotel for two nights in September 2024 and had a wonderful experience. Its location is ideal, with key attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Roma Termini Station just a short walk away. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very satisfying, and I highly recommend including it in your booking. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. .
