Filthy and yelled at by manager for asking for new sheets. DO NOT BOOK. We checked in after a 10 hour flight to Rome. When we arrived to our room it was filthy. The lights were not turning on and we noticed what looked like a bed bug on the bed. We opened up the covers to see and revealed the stained sheets and absolutely disgusting mattress. We returned to the front desk and politely asked for another room as our room was quite dirty. They then gave us a new room and if course we were concerned about bed bugs so we again checked under the cover to make sure, and this time we found crumbs and hair, as if the sheets were not changed. I asked a housekeeper in the hallway if we could have new sheets for our bed, but I don't think she understood, and so she called the manager, Momo. Momo arrived to the room and immediately began yelling at us. He said we were causing trouble by checking the beds before getting in my girlfriends face and yelling at her more. I told Momo we weren't causing trouble, we just wanted the bare minimum of a clean bed, but he continued to yell at us, calling us crazy and telling us to find a new hotel. Momo also told us to contact Expedia to request a refund which we did, however they have been attempting to contact the hotel and Momo for the last 2 weeks, which he hangs up on them each time they get through, so they are unable to refund despite us being in the building for less than 30 minutes (which was long enough for us anyways). It felt like a blatant scam, we were told to leave because we asked for new sheets and we did not get a single dollar back. Do not stay here, it is filthy, and the manager is incredibly rude and aggressive.. .

Very poor. . I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, with a lot of dust under the bed, and the bed itself was very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no kettle provided, which was inconvenient. The breakfast options were extremely limited and felt very poor in quality. On top of that, there was no noise isolation in the room, and we could hear everything happening outside, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations..

Very good. Convenience, cleanliness, supporting staff. Onsite secured parking too expensive , but free parking off site. Good if tea/ coffee were available, only a kettle was there in the room..

Mother and daughter break. My daughter found this hotel which is on the last stop of the metro .It says it is 3 star but I would definitely say it was more 4 stars 🌟 Beautiful restaurant and very peaceful area, absolutely perfect, not overpriced and many Italians staying (always a good sign ) After a tiring day at the collosium we decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel We were unsure what to expect, my daughter is coeliac so thought it may be difficult. She opted for the steak as had plenty of pasta and ice cream, this was the most incredible sirloin steak we have both ever tasted 😋 Mentioned this the following day and was told they are renowned for their steaks !! I am not surprised. .

Uncomfortable, very bad bed, ok price, good breakfast. The price is ok, if you look other hotels in Roma. The breakfast is good. The bed was soooo bad, very uncomfortable, even bad for my back, so my back hurts. Not so clean.

A great place for a reasonable price. The hotel is in a pretty good place, you can get to the Battistini metro station in like 10-12 minutes by foot. The neighbourhood was rather quiet and calm. The hotel has a garage (15€ per day), but you can very easily park on the street free of charge, there isn't much traffic there and it isn't as sketchy as other parts of the city can be. Our room wasn't very big, but appropriate for the price, it's big enough if you're staying only for a few days. Breakfast is simple, but again, price appropriate. Check in time is from 2PM, but we could check in earlier at 10AM which was great, because we could settle down right after a long trip without having to wait. Staff is very friendly! I travel to Rome once a year to attend Lazio football games, and will definitely stay here the next time I go. Very much recommended for people who want to stay in the city for a reasonable price!. The shower was very small, but in my experience, small hotels in Italy (and in most other places) have small bathrooms, as shocking as it might sound. Can't really complain about anything else really..

Very average. Can do better. . The bathroom in the reception smells like a public toilet. Our hotel room was bare minimum : the curtains are longer than the height of the wall, so they are all over the floor. The bed blankets are also not of good quality, so one may feel cold during the night. Room service does not clean rooms properly, for eg. Only does the bed but does not even go into the bathroom I think. Location wise it's very far from the main attractions , almost 40-50 minutes by public transportation. . .
