Exceptional. My go-to hotel when I visit Istanbul. Staff is helpful with touristy questions, such as locating a specific shop in the labyrinthine Grand Bazaar, restaurant reservations, and hailing a taxi when none are to be found. The best feature is the roof terrace, where a delicious breakfast is served with a spectacular view of the Hagia Sophia.. .

A perfect 10!. The staff was AMAZING! We arrived at 7 in the morning after an 11 hour flight from Vietnam, not expecting to check in, just wanted to leave our luggage. We were given coffee, provided an upgraded room, and were in our room within 30 minutes. The front desk manager helped us book trips, provided recommendations of what was available within walking distance, and gave us great directions. The bell boys, breakfast staff, and housekeeper all wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. If you travel to Istanbul, this is a great place to stay and within walking distance to all the main attractions.. .

Perfect location. Wonderful staff. The locations not be beat. We could walk to all the top attractions. I don’t remember a hotel that tried so hard to be as welcoming as this one.

Nestled in the heart of the Old City, it’s just a short walk to iconic landmarks like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Amazing.. We loved this place from the 15-minute tea and introduction to the Turkish Delights box when we left. There were six of us in three rooms and everyone thought this was the symbol of perfection. Staff, breakfast, location all were exceptonal.. Not a thing..

Exceptional. Absolute perfect, fresh and tasty! Receptionists and other staff 100% professional, polite and very nice. Always helpful. On the departure day they also made us tasty breakfast box because we left very early. If we come again to Istanbul, definitely choose the same hotel!. Everything perfect!.
