Good Hotel, but not suitable for Family.. The staffs were very friendly and helpfully, what ever i asked they provide for me. The room was good and clean.
There was small fridge, kittle and hair dryer. I asked for iron they gave me. If you ask for clean room they will clean, if not , they will not clean.. The location was very bad, too noisy. Couldn’t sleep whole my stay. There was no left, it was very hard for my mom to go up first floor..

Pleasant. Size of the room.. There was no water pressure so it was impossible to take a proper shower. It was quiet noisy on Saturday night.

Excellent location, beautiful view of Galata tower, lovely tittle side road next to hotel with good. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Volkan was very kind and even offered to cover the cost of a child car seat for our airport transfer.. .

Lovely spacious hotel in a great location.. The hotel was clean and rooms were good sized, with high ceilings. Note: there are quite a few steps to climb up, so if you have limited mobility do bear this in mind. The AC worked perfectly (much needed with the heat!) and kept the room nice and cool.
The location was great - very close to the main Istiklal Street and there were lots of restaurants, cafe's etc in walking distance. The Tophane station is a 7 minute walk away (downhill) The restaurant within the hotel is brilliant - really good food and a nice chilled vibe.. Being in such a busy and lively area, there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night so not ideal for light sleepers. The rooms lack a mirror..
