Excellent facilities, v clean, staff are v polite and attentive.. Location is excellent. Lots of places to eat in the area. Most places were walking distance. I used the executive lounge which is excellent in this hotel.. I forgot to ask for feather free room. I wish they asked or prompted me. It is a minor point..

A Solid Marriott. We will start by emphasizing the following. Contrary to what many reviews mention, and with full respect for all opinions, we had a pleasant 3-night stay in Paris at the Opera Ambassador Marriott Hotel. It is centrally located, near the Opéra Garnier and also close to the city’s main attractions. It is one of the few Marriott Bonvoy hotels in Paris that has an executive lounge, which is quite pleasant and spacious, offering satisfactory snacks as well as wine and beer during the happy hour, which runs from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for food service and until 8:30 PM for drinks service.
Check-in was handled attentively, and we were recognized as loyal brand members. We were given an upgrade to a city-view room (#704). While it was not an exceptional upgrade, there was a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was small but recently renovated. The bathroom was minimal, with a small sink and bathtub, featuring the usual Marriott toiletries, but only the essential ones. Complimentary bottled water and Nespresso coffee were replenished daily.
The king-size bed provided good sleep quality, and the air conditioning operated silently, ensuring a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping service was efficient, but there was no turndown service. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. The common areas were well-maintained and, despite being old, were kept in good condition and had been renovated.
In conclusion, we can say that we felt as expected in a Marriott hotel, and for this reason, we recommend it, especially to loyal members of the brand.. .

Centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff let down by poor basic bedroom facilities. Exceptionally friendly , helpful and competent breakfast room staff, front desk staff and cleaning staff!. Terrible bed - ended up with backache. Dark room overlooking the interior courtyard. Blocked toilet and non-draining shower on Day 2 so I paid for an upgrade to a bigger room with a slightly more comfortable bed..
