Non sense rules, lack of willingness, happy breakfast. Worst 4 stars hotel we have been. The rules are simply wild and the client is not the focus of attention. The lack of willingness of some of the staff is absolutely impressive. I have asked for a quiet place to record a video for business reasons and Mr Tobi from reception has promptly answered there was nothing available (in a HUGE hotel). I have asked to use the breakfast room (that was empty), he again promptly said it can’t be used out of breakfast hours. What would be the issue of using it? In the end I have found the lobby of their conference room on my own, completely empty and managed… but not thanks to the hotel staff. Other weird thing: guests can’t use wine glasses in the rooms! This was a first… I have always been able to use even plates, cutlery and glasses in the room in other places. But for some unknown reason, not in this hotel. The parking is managed by a third party and it is also super inconvenient. The external elevator is disgustingly dirty (but apparently hotel thinks it is responsibility of parking and parking thinks it is from the hotel). Apart from these “interesting” facts. The breakfast staff is simply lovely and super helpful! We had amazing mornings thanks to them. The rooms are comfortable and the maid supporting us had it so tight everyday. And Mr Francesco from the restaurant has been a fantastic host for our dinner.. .

Great - discover Pigneto!. Hardworking cleaning staff, friendly front desk. It’s weird there is no kettle in every room - but this is quite common in italy as they are not big on tea - but they very helpfully furnished me with a kelley.

Bad attitude from one personal, location is fine if you’re ok with public transport and ghetto district. Good public transport, but the hotel lies in a ghetto area. I did not feel safe going out in the evenings when it’s dark. The cooling function of the air conditioning did not work and it was too loud outside to have the windows open. The receptionists are great, but I have to mention the man in the bar whose name starts with F. We wanted two spoons one of the days, receptionist said we could get them from the bar. F at the bar said yes he could get us two spoons, but then continued working with whatever he was doing for a few minutes, without even acknowledging when he would be able to help us or asked us to wait. He was giving out menus and organizing some papers the whole time we waited, not that another guest was waiting to pay or order. When we asked again after waiting for a while, he said yes again, and said “I’m working” in a passive aggressive tone. I commented it would only take two seconds, but he ignored us again🤷‍♀️ We went back to the reception and got the spoons from there after 10 seconds, but this experience made the whole stay terrible. What kind of audacity and attitude should the guests tolerate?. .
