Exceptional. . .

4 nights near the colosseum!. This is a nice little hotel near the colosseum. I loved being able to book a ride from the airport with them - one less thing to worry about (and the price was reasonable). They less us check in a little early and offered us a welcome cappuccino in their nice bar area. I ended up getting a few more of those before the visit was finished! Our room was SO small - we booked the most basic room but if I was there again, I would definitely upgrade! We had too many suitcases and not enough surfaces, it made for a crowded space. The bathroom was also itty bitty. It served it's purpose! We had some long talks with the owner, and loved hearing his stories. The free breakfast was exceptional and eliminated the need to go out and find food first thing in the morning - they even had American coffee! We had one great morning speaking to some fellow guests that will make some good memories. I was sad dinner wasn't an option when we were there, we were looking forward to trying it on our last night. It's near the colosseum metro stop and also very walkable to central Rome. All in all, it was a good experience!. .

Feel at home here my favorite place to stay in Rome it’s my third visit staffare pleasant and friendly. Wonderful breakfast easy to navigate inside rhe hotel good elevator fit m and fly will arrange a cab for us. Since neither of us speaks Italian. The front desk is terrific, they offer a dinner once or twice a week very nice if you don’t want to hunt for a restaurant and it’s very goo, you get to be acquainted with you fellow guests there’s some nice conversation, the chef joined us and winewas include! my husband anf our luggage happy about that because I have cancer and no energy, he’s not a youngster anymore either!. I liked everything! I can’t remember anything negative..

Great Stay Near the Colosseum. We loved the location, it was nice to walk by the Colosseum each day going to and from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, a selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, and beverages. We enjoyed the 24-hour reception staffing. The room was clean and served us well, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a great experience.. Nothing!.

Comfortable stay in Rome. Nice family run hotel with great breakfast buffet. At breakfast you may sit with other guests if there was not enough tables. The balcony room we stayed was spacious for a family of 4 with 3 beds. Close proximity to Colosseum and restaurants.. .

Very good. Excellent staff and decent sized rooms for Rome.. Needs tea making facilities in the room..

Pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Everything is just reachable by walk.. Breakfast was a joke. A few options of buns with various fillings and croissants. Nothing warm to eat, nor salads. Very very poor breakfast. Also in the bathroom it was very cold. Not pleasant to take a shower and freeze afterwards..
