. Ett fantastiskt hotell med enastående service!
Jag hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet och vill särskilt lyfta fram den höga servicenivån. Rummen var rena, bekväma och välskötta, och hela miljön kändes både varm och välkomnande.
Ett extra stort tack vill jag rikta till Erdi Bey, som verkligen gjorde min vistelse speciell. Hans professionalism, hjälpsamhet och vänliga bemötande gjorde ett starkt intryck. Han var alltid tillgänglig när man behövde hjälp och såg till att allt fungerade perfekt. Sådant engagemang är sällsynt och mycket uppskattat!

The service at the hotel was more than excellent from the first day. The staff are very polite, helpful, and professional.
Room service is outstanding, the rooms are always clean and well-organized, and everything in the hotel is very nice and comfortable.
What we really appreciated is that they contacted us every day to check if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for.
In addition, they gave us a lovely New Year’s gift, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture.
The hotel location is excellent and close to all services.
I highly recommend staying here — a truly great experience.
