Wonderful hotel , great location. Very close to the Colosseum and within walking distance to other sights. I stayed in a single room, which was perfect for me, traveling solo. It was so cozy, I kinda didn't want to check out. If you are not one to go out and seek breakfast, I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Lots of good things on the menu for every taste. And the aperitif cheese was to die for! . .

Hotel Navona, Rome – A Charming Stay in the Heart of History. Staying at Hotel Navona in the heart of Rome was an experience that combined charm, convenience, and a touch of historical allure. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in the city’s vibrant atmosphere, with the hotel perfectly situated just steps from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and many other iconic landmarks. The staff was welcoming and eager to help, always ready with a smile, and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Their warmth made me feel right at home, and it was clear they took pride in offering a personal touch. My room blended modern comfort and Italian charm with tasteful decor and a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days of exploring the city, it felt like a haven to return to. However, there were a couple of minor hiccups. The towel warmer in the bathroom didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been a nice touch, especially in the cooler evenings. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, but the view from its window was less than ideal—it overlooked an inner patio that appeared to serve as a trash dumping area. While it didn’t spoil my stay, I couldn’t help but think how much better it would be if that space were transformed into a small garden or courtyard. A bit of greenery would elevate the entire atmosphere and make it a much more pleasant sight. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Hotel Navona was overwhelmingly positive. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel's intimate size gives it a boutique feel that larger chains can’t replicate. I’d gladly stay here again, especially if that inner patio gets its much-needed makeover!. .

Hotel Navona needs to uphold the initial commitment they make to their guests. We booked directly with the hotel in January for our March trip. The night before we travelled, we got a phone call to say they had a problem with sewerage smell and were closing the first floor of the hotel. I inquired how many people were being relocated and was told it was five rooms, not a full floor. We were being relocated to the hotel Argentina Style residenza I said at the time I wasn't happy and was concerned as we had a late arrival I would be obliged to stay regardless. I didn't agree until I received details of the new hotel I was guaranteed that this was an upgrade and we were lucky. When we arrived, we were asked to pay in full, including city tax . This is not what I usually am used to in hotels I did query it. We were then informed we were not staying in the hotel . We were brought out of the hotel to a building not in anyway connected to the hotel down a dark side street. This building housed another guest house not connected to the hotel with no facilities of a hotel I immediately contacted Hotel Navona who guaranteed me a move to the hotel the next morning. When I went to reception, we were told there was no chance, maybe Sunday. we were offered a hotel room, but we were leaving Monday and had a tight schedule Very poor show from Navona we felt we were dumped when I complained to the night conscierge I was told why did i book it I explained I didn't . Very disappointed. .

Amazing location, comfy bed and great staff. Lots of space in the room, super comfy bed, very attentive staff and the location was perfect. Great to have a 24 hour desk as we arrived late.. Everything was great. Only thing i could say is that the water in the fridge was sparkling and no still options..
