A good hotel. The location of the hotel was great, the cleanliness of the hotel was good. The breakfast was very complete and excellent.. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The staff member at the café was not very polite. Despite being informed by the reception that tea and coffee were complimentary throughout the stay, the café staff refused to provide them and behaved unprofessionally.
Additionally, the rooms were too small. In the triple room, it was difficult to move around, and the wardrobe door could not be opened fully as it hit the bed.
I hope the management takes these issues into consideration to improve the guest experience..

95 % of this hotels clients are from the North African ARAB countries.
Loudest talking is their culture.
Street vender , shops noises People coming at 2 in the night and making noise and loud talking. Not recommended for European or American clients..
