Warm, welcoming in the midst of the Asian side culture. Breakfast was very traditional and tasty it felt like I was eating at my grandmas house, amazing. Service and people are so lovely and friendly. Rooms are clean and location is the best, so close to the ferry and center. .

Very well located in the Asian side of Istanbul, the breakfast was OK, offer machine was hard to understand and the eggs were slightly under cooked.
Rooms were a decent size, beds really comfy , room was clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you , spoke good English, organised our covid tests superbly. . .

Great hotel in wonderful location in kadikoy. Stay 4 nights in kadikoy from Apr 25 to 28, 2022. Parkhouse spa offers great value for cleanliness, good comfort, great healthy breakfast, wonderful staff and superb location.
6 mins walk from ferry and bus transfer to both airports. 7mins walk to kadikoy local market for great food and shopping. Lots of small cafes around and convenient shops. Easy to get to sultanameth area
Nice Turkish bath at basement 2 and small adequate gym.

The lady at breakfast came over especially to make sure I had everything I needed.. The spa didn't have a steam. That would've been a nice addition..

Great value hotel in an excellent locaiton. I stayed at ParkHouse hotel for four nights in June 2022. The hotel is at a great location on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in the Kadikoy district. It is 5minutes walking distance to the ferry to the European side and close to many local restaurants. The room and bed was comfortable and the street noise was minimal. Check-in was quick thanks to Berrin and Zerrin. The breakfast was included. The restaurant supervisor, Ms.Saliha, offered several options including choices for eggs and omelettes. During my stay I also had the opportunity to meet and chat with the owner, Mr. Mustafa, who was very friendly, professional and truly passionate about providing high quality services. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for value and an affordable hotel option with good service and a comfortable stay.. .
