Good location. Nice hotel. Owner need to make an audit, write corrective actions and make some improvements. In this cas. Great location. Nice room with Balcony and view. Hotel owner very pleasant. Smell of urine in the entrance and halls. Kitchen staff need support to wash dishes and clean the tables. Food not really good.

Exceptional. Room was perfect for two people. Very clean. Reception was also helpful allowing me to store bag before check in and after check out which was helpful.
Also, great location. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame and many bars and restaurants around.
Will be back.. .

very disappointig experience in home lating hotel paris. we sayed at the hotel on 7-14.10.24.our room was stinking of sewege.we complained about it from the first day ,and the reception man promised to fix the problem but they didn't do anything .every day they said"yes,will solve the problrm today ,but they didn't.
so we have to stay for 7 nights in a stinky room.
additionally,they didn,'t change the beddings for 8 days.. .

The horror. In July during our stay, the sewerage broke with sewage invading stair and corridors. no water and electricity for the whole day during the repairs. just discomfort, bad smell and no basic hygiene services. No compensation offered. Just a nightmare. Disgusted by the management.. .
