Comfortable location, clean room. Room was very clean. Location comfortable because is close to public transportation; nearby - lots of places to eat;. Very small bathroom, a bit difficult to use facilities in it..

Smelly bathroom. All aspects were as expected EXCEPT the bathroom stank of sewage. There was no indication of the source of smell, I can only suggest a drain trap dried out. The smell was so bad I could only use the bathroom with my breath held. I should have notified staff when I first arrived, but it was very late, I had an early morning connection and I didn’t need to shower and the smell was contained with bathroom door closed. I reported the smell at checkout, maybe I would have been given a different room if I were staying longer? Unsure. I do not understand how the room could have been prepared in this state. Visually the room appeared very clean, but the bathroom smell was overwhelming.. .

Nice and helpful staff, good size/clean and beautiful room, good location near to the train station.. It was brand new, clean, comfortable and beautiful.. I have no complaints..

Great location & lovely room!. Spent a couple of days here. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Paris, with the gare de lyon around the corner & a batobus station not too far away. Surprisingly quiet for a central location, room was exquisitely clean, all amenities though of e.g. cold bottled water and you can stream from your phone to the TV. We did not utilise the breakfast option however looked OK when passing. Don't let first looks deceive you - looks small from the outside but more than spacious enough and well kept interior. . .
