Fancy but not fancy! A super stay in this gorgeous place. Really lovely little touches- the location was brilliant. The carpet in the hallways/ the decor is gorgeous but the carpets… they looked like a bleach-spill.

Make sure you check your bill. The hotel itself is very nice. Barbara at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. Her recommendation for Vanda restaurant in Trastavore was spot on- great place. Our waiter at breakfast was very nice as well. Room was ok but the pillows are very flat and very dense- hard to get comfortable. Shower was fantastic. My big problem is that when I went to check out there were charges for room bar every single day of our four day stay totally more than $60. None of those charges were valid. I am thinking this is not an innocent accident and something is up there. You really need to scrutinize your bill. For the hotel, is it really worth it for $60 to sour an otherwise great stay there and have your clients write about it on social media. Not to mention it’s just plain dishonest.. .

Our room was amazing and beautiful and very stylish. Comfy bed and plenty of space. Shower was exceptional and for a short made up for not our preference which is a bath
Breakfast was nice, service great, prompt and plenty of choice
The bar when we drank there was so cool and perfect
What made this place even better was the staff and especially on our welcome Sofia, who made it her mission to ensure we were well informed, knew about the room and the local area, we've never experienced such a warm, kind and generous welcome. . .

Great experience. Stopped in for a drink at HeyBaby before our dinner in the neighborhood and had a wonderful experience. We met bar manager Alessandro and enjoyed talking with him, our drinks were imaginative and tasty (with generous pour for glass of wine). The whole vibe was upbeat and fun, with groups of friends sitting in various pods throughout the space. Highly recommend.. .
