Poor. The location was very good, near public transport.. The hotel’s facilities were disappointing. Upon arrival, we found no towels in our room and had to repeatedly request them. Despite assurances from the staff that they would be delivered shortly, we did not receive them until 12:30 a.m., having asked since 6 p.m.
Additionally, on the first night, the pillows had no covers, forcing us to either sleep without pillows or wrap them in our shirts.
To make matters worse, the toilet did not flush properly, which added to our discomfort..

For us it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. We wouldn’t return again.. The best thing was the location, it’s walking distance to most of the tourist attractions.. The rooms were not clean at all. The staff at the reception was rude. The staff at the restaurant was disturbingly ‘flirtatious’, for European women it’s a cultural shock. They don’t recognize personal space.
The SPA was ok, but at first they wanted us to use the same towels for the bathroom. Then they gave us another ones, after 5 mins of negotiations. Regarding the breakfast, I don’t even know what to say , the only ok thing was the coffee..

Passable. The hotel is not even 2 star category. Only facility i like was the Spa.
First of all, theybasked usbto go to other hotel names Savone which is in otgee street and no restaurant and other facilities.
Breakfast was average and most of the guests were complaining about it.
No daily cleaning and house keeping offered. We had to ask reception multiple times for cleaning the room. In 4 daya stay, they came only once!. .

Not staying there again.. Despite the negatives, some staff members were kind and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. The hotel was also in an excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the area. With better maintenance, improved housekeeping, and more attention to guest needs, the hotel has the potential to be a much better place to stay.. The hotel’s facilities were outdated and not always well-maintained, which affected our overall experience. At check-in, we received two twin beds pushed together instead of the queen we had booked. Noise was another major issue, as we could hear people yelling, talking, and even snoring from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping removed our soap but failed to replace it and left us with only one towel. Despite requesting a new soap and an extra towel twice, we never received them. The bathroom sometimes had a weird odor that made me believe the place was not very well-cleaned. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was disappointing, as plates were often missing, and food ran out before we could eat. While they did offer to move us to another room after two days, we had already fallen sick and didn’t relocate..

Never coming back. Location was good. We had to change room because the first rooms tv was broken and the sheets were dirty with blood stain.
Almost all the utilities were broken in the bathroom, phone ripped off bathtub leaking, toilet flush only working on the big button.
Even though my partner and I had food poisoning for 2 days we were not allowed more then 2 bottles of water from staff. Room was never cleaned in between and towels were only changed after we explicitly asked at reception.
Breakfast is not recommendable. There was some bad smells. Hotel staff was smoking cigarettes inside causing smoke to come up to the room. Disgusting!
I can’t believe others had better stays and I’m not sure where the good reviews are coming from!.

A misleading and unsafe stay with poor cleanliness, unfriendly staff, and disappointing service.. The only positives were the hotel’s location and Lara at breakfast—professional, polite, and excellent at her job—but the rest of the stay was disappointing, unsafe, and poorly managed.. „Disappointing experience – misleading booking!”
We booked a room at Hotel Palde (4-star) but were downgraded to Hotel Savone (3-star) without prior notice. The room shown in the booking was advertised as part of Hotel Palde, but in reality, it was not.
• Cleanliness issues: The room was very dirty, with mold in the bathroom. Fresh towels had someone else’s hair on them.
• Safety concerns: The balcony door opened to a dangerous drop—no fence or barrier, which was especially concerning as we had children.
• Amenities problems: The TV in the bedroom had no internet but had channels, while the TV in the living room had internet but no channels.
• Unfriendly staff: The service was unwelcoming, making the stay even less enjoyable.
Overall, this was not the 4-star experience we paid for, and the misleading booking process was unacceptable. Would not recommend!
We will definitely come back to Istanbul, but we will not stay in this hotel(for sure).
