Convenient location to Rome Termini - but be careful of the thieves in the area. Location: 1. Three minute walk to the Rome Termini. 2. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 3. By careful of your belongings - I witnessed someone’s cellphone being snatched right out of his hands by a thief. 4. Very walkable to the central area of Rome. Room: 1. Very clean. 2. Comfortable double bed. 3. Thin walls and I had to ask neighbouring guests to lower their voices at 11pm, which they apologetically did (not their fault - they didn’t realize they were being loud). 4. Bathroom was very small but I was able to function. 5. Mini fridge was very appreciated and helpful. 6. I didn’t have breakfast included but it’s only 5€, which is a really good deal. Staff: very friendly and helpful - thank you!. .

Poor. The breakfast wasn't self service but it was nice.. The room stank of cigarette smoke. The bathroom tap was disgusting. We left a day early as didn't like the hotel..

ATLEAST A DOZEN FINE RESTAURANTS, WITHIN MERE STEPS, FULLY STOCKED, SUPER MARKET , WITHIN TWO BLOCKS , AN EXCELLENT CHOICE , FOR THE BUSINESS TRAVELER, WITH CLOSELY WATCHED EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. FRUGALITY, OF TRAVEL STAFF... A POPULAR NOTE AMONGEST MANAGEMENT. Value for $. - Useful when in transit through Termini station - It is functional hotel, nothing luxurious - Do not stay here for the surroundings or neighborhood! - Easy access to Rome's transportation system, local eateries, and services. - Staff makes an effort to be pleasant and helpful - Fair value for $.. - Not luxurious...so what?.

Great location but horrible hotel . My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was in a great location. 5 minute walk if that to the train station and within half an hour walk to all other main attractions. However the service at the reception was horrible and it was difficult to communicate as they didn’t speak good English at all. When we booked we were under the impression that we were getting a double bed, however it was just 2 singles pushed together. Not very ideal for a couple who love to cuddle. Also we only got one pillow each and they were very flat and hurt our necks. The walls could of been made out of paper as you could hear everything going on outside of your room. Slamming doors, people talking etc... we didn’t have much sleep at all. The air conditioner didn’t work and we asked reception about this multiple times and they were no help saying that they would fix it in the morning and to just use the fan. It was so hot, in the middle of summer. Don’t even bother getting the breakfast, it was absolutely shocking and made my nose turn at the smell. So to some it up the only thing good about this hotel was the location.. .

Perfect for budget travellers. Its not a luxury hotel but more of a backpacking place. However for the price we couldn't fault it -right in the centre of rome breakfast will fill you up for the day, clean nice friendly and helpful staff. Had no hot water first day but it was sorted by staff. Overall we really enjoyed for the price. Rooms cleaned everyday and nice pizza place next door.. .
