Serious Security Concerns – Unresponsive Staff and Poor Handling of Incident. I recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to serious security concerns. During my stay, we kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door for the entire duration, yet on the final night, I noticed that several items from the minibar were missing. This raised immediate concerns as housekeeping had not entered our room—towels and bedding were untouched—so the question arose of who accessed our room. This situation is extremely alarming, as it highlights a breach of trust and raises questions about the safety protocols in place. To make matters worse, there appeared to be no security cameras to review what happened, leaving us with no way to know who entered our room. When I approached the front desk about this, the receptionist was dismissive of my concerns, repeatedly saying we wouldn’t be charged for the drinks. Despite me emphasizing that the issue wasn’t about the cost, but the breach of security, he failed to take the matter seriously. Moreover, no manager was available late at night to address the problem, and I was told there was no way to contact one. Since we left early the next morning, we were unable to escalate the matter further. I strongly advise other guests—particularly female travelers—to be cautious when staying here. The lack of adequate security measures and indifferent staff response in the face of a potential safety threat are serious red flags. The hotel’s failure to address this issue leaves me with little confidence in their ability to ensure guest safety. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements better safety measures to prevent future incidents.. .

Good stay overall. Great location, quirky design and good value. Noisy from other rooms and the street. Breakfast could also be nicer..

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming for the most part. And that’s where the positive feedback ends for this hotel and its amenities. The issues my family and I encountered follow as such: • There are no bathroom doors. So, if traveling with family they would need to leave the room or stare at a wall while you shower. Not to mention that the building across the street has a direct view into the shower. When we asked for a room with a bathroom door we were told the only such available room is of lesser quality than ours. This type of setup was never communicated or advertised to us before we booked this hotel. • One night when I requested extra toilet paper not only I was asked to go down to get it but was also told it was the last roll. It was so comical and absurd. • Not everything got replaced in the room like toilet paper, mini bar items and there were towels for only one person when we checked in. Mind you I requested two beds. • There was mold on the bathroom tile and the sink was broken • Zero ventilation in the toilet, which is in a separate room, with a door thankfully • Cleaning staff was subpar at best. • AC barely worked and seemed very dirty • Limited TV options. Can’t open any apps like Netflix. .

Perfect !. Very nice and confortable, well situated. The personnel is particularly kind and helpful, thanks to them, our stay was perfect. Breakfast was served with nice atmosphere, room and bathroom were clean and tidy, cocooning. It’s clear that this hotel’s personnel is used to foreign visitors, no language probleme. .
