. Didn't like that end of floor A hallway was not lit up and floor A flooring was carpeted compared to other floors which were tiled. If you can live without a window then overall very satisfied especially with complimentary breakfast buffet and yes I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. . .

Don't go there. This is just a terrible place. We went there and asked for an onvoice after our stay. They never made one. So we contacted them via booking + 5 emails. Never repliee.
Then of course we called (3 times) each time they pretend they'll do it the next day and don t do anything. .

Be wary. After checking in we found that there was water leaking from the ceiling onto the beds and floor. Reported to reception who refused to move us suggesting to "maybe move the bed',. You cannot be expected to stay and sleep in a room where water is dripping on your heads! Had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night and move there instead. I am an experienced traveller and not a serial complainer: can overlook tired-looking rooms and the fact that the room is located in the basement in the staff wing next door to the kitchen as long as it reflects in the price. But c'mon, if you don't respect your guests, have a bit of respect for yourselves and your proclaimed stars. Rooms like this cannot be offered for booking.. .
