STAY IF YOU WANT TO FIND WAYS TO HATE THE COUNTRY. When you Travel anywhere in the world. The hotel Experience Counts as a major factor Trip. The hotel is rude, worse they wont turn the A/C on buffet breakfast because the occupancy on the said day is low. The bedsheets and towels have holes in them. The hotel staff is rude and only Eager to wine money off you. PRICE IS LUXURY, SERVICE IS LIKE A trash. .

The worst hotel mamagement. Our group companies stayed in Ramada By Wyndam Beylikdüzü / Istanbul hotel between 14-18 June 2022 for the exhibition .Some of the collegues came earlier and left later due to set up of the booth.Total number of people were more than 30 and total number of nights more than 212 nights.Although 212 nights paid number of nights we stayed 200 due to no show. We have some of our colleagues check in and check out dates revised after we made the contract with the hotel , then the hotel said if the stay of a guest gets shorter than they would apply no show according to the contract.It may be their right to do so but we have not heard such experience in Istanbul with the other hotels that we stayed during previous exhibitions. The hotels we stayed earlier in Istanbul during the exhibitions ; Wow airport , Princess Marine , Euro park hotel , Mardinn hotel , Novotel .. We told the hotel that if they give us a certain date ( a deadline before the exhibition ) till that date we may do some revision in the reservation dates after that date no changes can be accepted , but the hotel said no they can only make name changes in the list , for instance guest A has 5 nights reservation and he can not come then it can be used ( with the same dates ) with another additional guest if there are any , if guest B comes and stays 3 night he can use 3 out of 5 but 2 nights would be accepted as no show.Or if guest A changes number of nights from 5 to 4 and B the opposite then names can be switched. On the 13 th of June we need one of our colleague to stay only 1 more day , they we had some other rooms already paid but the colleagues did not come ( one of them had operation , the other was covid positive ) then we asked for 1 of the room that we paid can be used for 1 more day stay but the hotel said no they can not accept , they wanted us to pay for one more day if he stays one more day and the charge is more due to exhibition.Then we could not convince them whatever we told them the reply was NO although they said they can change the name , they said exhibition started they can not do it although they did not say that name change can not be done during or one day before the exhibition , they make up rules in the way whatever they like to do so .The room we paid but the guest did not come then the hotel kept that rooms empty or sold to someone else.We had our collegue checked out from the hotel and stayed one more in the other hotel ( Tüyap palace ) as we did not wanted them to gain one more night from us due to disappointment. Our two more colleagues needed to check out on 19 th of June instead of 18 th , then I had the call from the hotel on 18 th afternoon that they have not checked out , then asked the collegues they said they check out on the 19 th , then it was our mistake to book for them till 18 th then told the hotel that our organizer stays in the same hotel and on 19 th morning he checks out and would pay for two more nights they said okay then on 18 th in the evening at around 22.00 collegues called said the hotel insist to have the payment in the evening not in the morning , then spoke with the receptionist that we already told them and agreed to pay in the morning before checking out and added if they think we would run away in the morning before paying 2 nights.He said this is the rule they have to follow but they need to be more professional and think that the group stayed many number of nights , and additional 2 nights ( not in the plan ) already accepted to be paid in the morning 19 th then why they insist to have in the evening 18 th not easy to understand then I heard they had the payment in the evening 18th from our colleague.So whatever you tell them they do not care at all. The worst hotel management I have ever experienced and would never go again even whatsoever happens.. .

My experience at Ramada by Windham Beylikduzu hote. My stay at Romada hotel was ok. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awful, worse than in McDonald’s. The cleaning personnel didn’t add shampoo, shower gel, hand wash to the bottles. They were absolutely empty. They spoke only Turkish. I speak a little bit Turkish so asked them to bring mentioned above liquids. They brought me only shampoo. The next day I got toilet paper and afterwards hand wash and hair conditioner. Spa personnel also doesn’t speak English. May be this is not a touristic place… I don’t know… . .

Minus 2. Veldig dårlig service. Sure personale som ødela ferie modusen vår. Hilste ikke når man gikk forbi. Definitivt ikke et 5 stjernes hotell. Anbefales ikke i det hele tatt. . .
