Superb. Hotel is in perfect location, close to Termini and metro just after the corner. The room is very small, but we haven't spent much time in, so it was ok. Pastries every morning, with coffe and tea is a perfect start fot the day.. .

Wonderful room and lovely staff. First of all a big shout out to our host/lady on the check in what a lovely women so helpful and the nicest person I met during my time in Rome. Room was clean modern and the air conditioning unit worked brilliantly especially because I came in July and it was peaking 31/32 degrees. Was provided with water bottles everyday aswell as coffee and fresh yogurt and also they supplied us with fresh pastry’s every morning during our stay overall it was an amazing stay and I couldn’t of picked a better guesthouse. Thanks for helping me and my wife make memories and I’d highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.. .

If just for one night.. Very poor overall. Hotel entrance was difficult to find. The lift was very narrow. When I arrived the door was locked and nobody was there! Luckily I was on roaming and managed to contact the owner via WhatsApp, I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to arrive. Room was adequate, although the door was a bit shabby and I had to put something behind it just to be sure, the mattress was terrible, it was kinda like a cheap foam mattress Location was good, not too far from the main sites and the train station. Would I visit this hotel again? No.. .

Spotlessly clean and close to airport and train station. The location -- close to the train station in proximity with the airport, met our needs. The communication with the host was really good. They seemed very helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and although we didn't cook there, the kitchen seemed well equipped. There is a really nice affordable pizzeria within walking distance. Super cozy bed.. We had a bit of trouble finding the apartment as the front door is actually facing a different road from the address supplied to us. It is probably partly my fault though, because I do have a bad sense of direction. It all turned out okay though and we found it after a few minutes wandering around. The hot water in the shower was spotty too -- hot then alternating cold..
