For its price it’s ok I guess. Really clean and friendly staff. Paper walls (you could hear everything and everyone), too much noise, the bed felt terrible (it were 2 single beds put together).

Very nice stay in the heart of Rome. Excellent experience, nice and comfy hotel. The personal was so attentive and helpful, especially Liubliana who was so nice !
The room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning. Cleaning was done daily and towels changed as well.
The hotel was from walking distance from almost all the important touristic attractions.. .

Very friendly staff! Great location and very comfortable room.. My wife and I stayed here with our 4 year old. They provided a room with a queen and a single which worked out perfectly for us. The staff were very helpful, informative, and kind especially to my daughter! The neighborhood is great and very close to the colosseum area.. .

We had a lovely stay. The windows were sound proof for the traffic outside. The Room was perfect for 3 people. We had a. The Staff was very friendly and always happy to help or answer my requests. And the hotel also offers Gluten free food :). I loved the coffee and the hot chocolate in the morning. The breakfast was nice and tasty. We had a lovly stay and enjoyed the visit.. .

Disappointing. The staff at Cortina was very nice and helpful. My review is not a reflection on them. Sara was wonderful and made sure I had what I needed.. I do not feel the room was as advertised. It was inexpensive and maybe I expected to much for the price paid but the rooms had not been redone in a very long time. Everything was very dated. Additionally, the elevator was broken so if you have a very heavy suitcase or mobility issues, you cannot stay here. Even with the elevator fixed I would not recommend this property to someone with mobility issues. There are multiple, single steps up and down within a floor that would make moving through difficult. The hot water took at least 5 minutes to be available after turning on just the hot water. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone..

👌. The hotel is modest but very clean, the location is amazing, walking distance from the main attractions and the staff is really nice. The hotel also provides free activities for the guests, including tours and fitness classes. Highly recommend it.. .
