Good stay at a good location. This is a hotel in an old, interesting building, very close to Termini; staff is helpful and polite, room I had was spacious (unusual in Rome), and overall it was a nice stay. The only thing I'd improve is the breakfast, which was fairly scanty - some boiled eggs, slices of packaged cheese, some bread, and a lonely frankfurter - perhaps because I went a bit late (9:15, breakfast closed at 10). Not a big deal, just noting it will be a small continental breakfast. .

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel. I stayed at this hotel in Rome from December 7th to 8th, 2024, with my family, including my 3-year-old daughter. Our experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and staff. On the morning of our departure, we had to leave early to catch a train from Roma Termini. Unfortunately, the power went out in the entire apartment, and there was no backup. Our room was on the 5th floor, and without electricity, we had to carry all our luggage, including a pram, down the stairs. When I requested assistance from the hotel staff, they were incredibly arrogant and refused to help, despite the situation being their fault. They showed no concern for our predicament, not even on humanitarian grounds. This lack of support and empathy from the staff was unacceptable and made our stay very stressful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel to avoid a similar experience.. .

Passable. Location and friendly staff. Heaters only working from 6pm-12am , I was told it would automatically switched off in other times, which is not good for winter Less vegetarian food options for breakfast.

Good Stay 👍. Excellent location. Staff were friendly Hotel was basuc but VERY clean. Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature Lift was something out of Time Team 😊. Neighbours were a little noisy.

Pleasant. Breakfast very good delicious croissant and the coffee machine pretty good. The hotel is rather old fashioned but the staff were very pleasant. My budget was pretty small and I was happy. Just opposite is decent restaurant where tourists, business men and italian families est which was effect for me as I was out till quite late each day.. I wasn’t expecting great luxury so was not disappointed in any way..

Stay somewhere else. Room was clean but bathroom was very moldy. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Power points did not work. Air con did not work. Hair dryer did not work although reception did provide another one when asked. Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was crap, bread was stale and toaster did not work. Only plus was that it was not far from the station. Stay somewhere else .. .
