. Unpolite staff, small rooms! Check out was supposed to be at 1pm but reception called at 11:30 and asked to vacate the room because they had no clients! There is a kettle in the room, no tea, no coffee! The towels are terrible. .

. The room was nicely made and decorated. The breakfast buffet gave me travelers diareahh. There is no lunch or dinner at the hotel, a flyer to order from to go. When I asked for help the porter spoke English but wasn’t clear about how to do it. When I went to the desk and he was in front of the night desk clerk, he only spoke Turkish and seemed to imply it was my fault. Not what I expected. Welcome Pickups couldn’t stop in front because the very narrow streets and traffic. I had to walk carrying my suitcase the whole block on broken pavement. . .

. Great location just few minutes walk from the HVL1 bus to/from airport and two metro stops for M2. The area was safe with a lot of restaurants, clubs and shopping centre. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, heating and air conditioning. The bathroom was full equipped with powerful shower. The breakfast was good with wide variety.. .
