The One is the one to stay in Rome. We chose this hotel because of the location and reviews. It was perfect. Cutest little boutique hotel. Great rooms, super clean and comfortable. Employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Safe area and easy walkable distance to Trevi and Spanish Steps. I would absolutely stay here again!. .

Excellent!. Lovely staff, fab hotel, right in the centre of Rome, left our bags on the last day and collected in the evening, breakfast was fab too. Excellent stay and would definitely go back.. Couldn’t have asked for more!.

Worst service I got ever. I booked a room in the winter and I didn't understand how the payment for the pool works. As soon as I realized that the hotel was probably not suitable for me, I contacted the hotel, since it took them a while to answer, I canceled the reservation when there is an option for free cancellation. When the customer service got back to me they made sure to state that "there is no reservation in my name" which is true, but if this is your attitude to potential customers who are considering booking a room with you, maybe it would be better. Yes, "you don't owe me anything", but I'm a potential customer and if that's the attitude, I wouldn't want to be customer of this Hotel.. .
