Amore! Viva la Roma.. Mira, Manuel, and the whole team at the Hotel Royal Bissolati were welcoming, culturally aware, informative, and brought a happy experience to my first visit to Rome. Mira spoke with me on Booking.com to help with any concerns I might have. I liked that she knew who I was when I arrived at the hotel. Information on transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, Roman history. Manuel works on night shifts and is attentive, extra warm, and kind. He, too, informed me about Rome's activities and transportation. He prepared breakfast for me as I had an early flight back. 5/5 Breakfast and Room is photogenic as the pictures. Bedroom comfortable. Shower hot. Location incredible. I visited the Colosseo, Roman Forum, Vatican City, St Peters Dome (HUGE) Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Largo di Torre Argentina, etc. Nearest station: Barberini, get the €4.50 (inc card). Shopping at Via del Tritone, Via del Corso. Eating? Visit: Antica Salumeria, Appetito, etc. Too much. Enjoy!. USB port by bed is worn out by too many people, so bring your own. Otherwise great!.

Good. Breakfast is very good ans location is great.. Room was not very clean, a lot of dust in general and stain in the bathroom..

Warning! Avoid this Hotel!!!! Please!. Warning: AVOID THIS HOTEL! I want to warn anyone considering a stay at this hotel. My husband and I booked a stay from September 27-30 to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Due to my father-in-law’s health issues, we had to bring our two children along (3 & 11) but my husband forgot to update our booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist loudly informed us that we could not stay in the double room. I was embarrassed on how she was talking to my husband, I am just so glad no one is in the reception during that time. We were demanded to pay 240 Euros per night, totaling 720 Euros for our stay, which was far too high for what we received. We were being taken advantage of in a stressful situation. We know that we are at fault as well but charging us 240 euros per night was unreasonable! The room was so small, good thing the 4 of us manage to fit on one bed. After this, I hurriedly double check the rest of our hotel bookings on this Europe tour and unfortunately on our Florence hotel our children was not included as well. I immediately called the hotel and to my surprise they said if we wanted additional bed they will charge 10 Euros per night but if we dont then there will be no charge at all with free breakfast for all of us! If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests and handles situations fairly, look elsewhere. This hotel will rip you off and take advantage of you. Please be cautious before booking or do not book at all.. .

Beautiful location, very near train station. beautiful place, great location, very central, Mira was very helpful 😃. The staff hassled us multiple times about only staying one night, it got to a point of awkwardness! so make sure you stay multiple nights 😂.

Cool people and place in rome. Location is near everything staff is welcoming and supportive specially Ms Francisco so kind and supportive we had great days. Only they close doors at night no 24 hours front reception.

Not worth it for the money.. Location. Perhaps more amenities for the room. Someone might laugh but paying $$700-$800 a night and nit having a teaspoon to stir you coffee doesn’t make sense.
