Good. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Gare du Nord, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the option to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. My room was on the 5th floor, so I had a nice view from the window. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice touch. The building has an elevator, so getting to my room was easy. The room itself was small, but for a two-night stay, it was just right. It had everything I needed: a comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets, a TV, and a private bathroom with hot water. Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Paris. I would definitely stay here again!. While my stay was generally pleasant, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness could have been better—not terrible, but the corners, especially in the bathroom, were noticeably dirty. The stairwell, though beautiful with its spiral design, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Another small inconvenience was the lack of a kettle and tea in the room. I didn’t check if this was supposed to be included, but it would have been nice to have, especially for a quick cup of tea in the evening. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still good, and the hotel has a lot of potential with just a bit more attention to detail!.

Not grand, but quite nice. Very nice room, perfect for a family of four. The bathroom was great, spacious and good toiletries provided. Clean towels every morning (we could have done without that - let's save water and energy, guys). A bit shabby, it's true, but still pleasant. Friendly staff too. No air conditioning - I'm not even a fan of AC, but we had the misfortune of being there during a heat wave - so sleeping was tough. Noisy street too, I must say.. .

Among the kindest people we met in Paris. We stayed here overnight on our last night in Europe. Both the men on the reception who assisted us were very helpful. They stored our luggages for us without any additional cost while we were in other countries, at no additional cost. We are very thankful for that. Our room was also clean and pleasant. Location was also perfect as it is walking distance to Gare du Nord. Monoprix (groceries) is also close by. They also helped us arrange for transfer to CDG airport on the next day. Overall, they helped us a lot. Thank you so much! Because of the kindness they have shown us, we no doubt would stay here again if we come back and we’ll also recommend them to our family and friends who will visit Paris.. .

Magnifique Magenta. This place was exactly what we needed; a cheapish, clean family room with an excellent bathroom, comfortable beds for the 4 of us and pleasant views around the Gare du Nord from the long 5th floor balcony. Certainly not the plushest, smartest hotel ever, but that was part of its charm. No complaints. Ask for room 52 if you need a decent sized family room.. .

It’s ok to get you head down for somewhere to sleep and wash but not the cleanest.. The location from Eurostar to this hotel is less than 5 minutes walk which is fantastic, shops and restaurants are all only a few minutes walk away which is ideal and convenient.. The TV does not offer any international channels so if your English there is no point turning it on, exposed wire from the bed room light, wallpaper hanging off the wall, mould in the bathroom, you can not turn the heating off in the room so it literally becomes an oven and as it’s cold here (weather) you can have the doors open to help cool down and also turning on the fan that is provided does not help as it’s helping the hot air circulate in the room. the bed is comfortable however it does make you roll to the middle so if you are sharing you kind of meet in the middle. Attention to detail for cleaning is missed as dust is on top of light in the bathroom and lastly for health and safety there is no smoke alarms in the room..
