poor.. The location, facilities. We arrived at 2330h day before. We woke up by severe working noize at 0700h what lasted till we checked out. Not proper sleep. Works inside and at the building non stop at very high decibels. So much that it would need ear protection. Talking to the management didn’t help at all. They did not supply us with a proper compensation, and blamed others. So we went away with a deception..

Las Termes Victoria y Caldes de Montbui. I spent three days in this lovely place in the middle of January this year. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. As soon as I had settled in, I took a walk through the premises downstairs. The dining room is a sight, if there had been sunlight, it would have shone in colours through the stained glass windows. The views were excellent. In the basement is a termal spa, with all the modern amenities you’ll find in 5 star hotels. Note though, there is an extra fee.All the bathrooms feature termal water, I ‘d recommend to take a long hot bath. The hotel’s exterior is worth to explore, the garden is well preserved and there is a pool area. The town of Caldes de Montbui has its own attractions, I love the old town, the walk past the local vegetables gardens, the immmense church in the middle of town, etc. The restaurant “Robert de Nola” serves Catalan dishes of very high quality. Loved my stay immensely.. .

Discussing food!. Very very very very bad food on Christmas night I can’t describe how bad it was. I don’t recommend to eat there the food was terrible!! Very very very very very very bad food and the service is not great as well also the restaurant and hotel rooms are not great for the money they ask!. .

Decent place for short stay. Good staff, very nice breakfast, location in the center.. Limitation for using the thermal pool of 1 hour and its price.
Parking was very hard to find at first and the streets to access it were really narrow.
The bed was not really comfortable.
You can't get a drink at any time, only when restaurant is open which is like 1-2 hours during dinner.
No water kettle in the rooms. So since you can't make it yourself or buy it in the restaurant you can't have tea or coffee when you want..

Undressed beds. . The bed wasn't properly made.
There was just a sheet on top and it was November.
I went to reception and asked about it.
I was told " there's a blanket in the wardrobe"
It was a thin duvet without a cover.
The photos of the rooms show properly made beds. We will not stay here again for this reason.
It was like what I imagine a hostel would be.
I've never stayed in a hotel where the bed is undressed. Very strange..
