Well- appointed rooms in a quiet neighborhood not far from Gare Montparnasse. Great hotel, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff who speak multiple languages, clean facilities, coffee maker in bedroom, boulangeries and shopping just next door, the main bed was comfortable, but the fold out mattress for the 3rd person was noisy but my daughter did not complain.. I think the sound proofing between rooms was ok. I could hear people arriving and struggling to open their rooms around me..
