Great hotel in an excellent location. We really enjoy our stay here. It's a great hotel with very nice rooms and good service. What really makes the difference is the location, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and many other tourist destinations. It's also well placed to reach various forms of public transportation, so it's extremely convenient. The neighborhood is packed with shops and restaurants, so pretty much everything is at hand.
If you're carrying luggage, bear in mind that there are lots of stairs, right off the street entrance (and also some inside the hotel). Also, the street door is a bit hard to open, but you get the hang of it.. .

Something different in the heart of the 7th Arr.. Great location and nicely appointed. Decor was something else and unusual which made for a nice change from boring hotel rooms you find in hotel chains.
I’ve not given “five” as there was wear and tear of decor.
We were on the top floor which means a lot of stairs. My travelling companion had a knee injury and months prior we had asked for a “ground floor”… at the time we did not know that there were no units on ground floor as all the facilities began on first floor. This did not influence the rating of “four” that I have given.. .
