Not bad. Hotel location is great,but standard room,doesnt have free entry to swimming pool,the room dosesnt have any window,and it is dark.
Breakfast is average,cleaning is good,rooms are sound proofs,and reception is really helpful,overall not bad,but not as good as i expected from 5 star. .

Very good hotel in a great location.. I stayed at this hotel several times for the last few years for business. they upgrade my room few times when the hotel is not full. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are good.
The swimming pool is big enough to do some lengths.
Breakfast takes place in the restaurant on the top of the hotel which has great views to Taksim area and the Bosphorus. You can find a variety of fresh and cooked food.
Staff are friendly but I would like to mention Ali particularly as he was very attentive and professional and looked after me during breakfast.. .

Amazing location and great staff with affordable rate. Amazing location, beautiful view from the 9th floor food area, big comfortable room, very warm and helpful team. Great Japanese restaurant downstairs of hotel, many shops and pharmacies just steps away from the hotel.. Shower was dripping, small reparation needed (window), my driver was changed to the new one and door lock repaired during my stay..

Exceptional staff, service, ambience & bigger rooms as compared to other 5 stars. i must say that the staff contacted us in advance enquiring about our need or any help which we might need, especially Miss Merve, who took exceptional care to everyone including us. she is very kind lady who took care of each & every request we passed to her prior to our arrival. even her team mates & receptionist warmly welcomed us. Room & location holds an outstanding marks,. in breakfast, the choice was limited. we would recommend to add on some Asians/Indians touch too..

Adequate three star hotel. Not sure why this hotel had a four star rating. It does have a spa and Japanese restaurant on site but the rooms are small old with cheap beds and shabby bathrooms. The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke even the non smoking floors. The hotel advertises as being air conditioned but this is only in the summer. In the winter the hotel switches to a centrally controlled heating system. The only way to cool the room is to open the window. As the hotel is situated in a very traffic congestion area this is a noisy and smelly remedy. Buffet breakfast is ok and most of the staff are nice. The hotel is surrounded by cheapish restaurants but quite a distance from the sights. It is well served by local buses and a metro stop is five minutes walk away. Would not stay here again.. .
