Quiet homely luxury in Istanbul. The lovely staff really made us feel so at home, especially Nurol and Atilla at reception, and Fuat at the restaurant during breakfast. So attentive, helpful and kind! And so much food! We had a wonderful 4-night stay and the rooms were spacious with enormous bathrooms. There was also a turn-down service and complimentary afternoon tea in the lounge. The location was very convenient - just WhatsApp the hotel with your car license plate number when en route and they can arrange for the security bollards to be lowered so that your car can drive right up to the front door.. .

У меня в день вылета отменился рейс, в итоге я прилетела на день позже - отель пошел навстречу и изменил продолжительность моего пребывания.

An exceptional stay that I wished did not have to end.. We stayed at Tom Tom for 4 days and 5 nights. Speaking as a person who spends a lot of time in hotels for my work, I can safely say this is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in a fantastic spot in the city. I have been in Istanbul 3 times. On the right a few minutes walk away you have Istiklal street on the left down the hill Galatport. You can access the metro system with a very short walk, and the Trams. The hotel right across the road of the Italian embassy down a private street. It is very quite and calm at night as a result (very rare to find in Istanbul!). The staff were amazing, helpful and non invasive at the same. Its the first Istanbul hotel I have stayed in that did not try to sell tours and boat trips to you at every oppertunity. The room was ver clean and spacious. There was a very comfortable and sizeable bed. The bathroom felt luxurious and spacious. The cleaning staff were good, thorough and generous with toiletries. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious, with exceptional staffing. The hotel created a homely atmosphere which made it hard to leave.. Not the fault of the hotel, rather the cities Geography : Hills - to get anywhere on foot you do a lot of climbing. This may not be ideal for less able visitors..
