Exceptional in every possible way. Exceptional stay from start to finish - beautiful property and hospitality, truly nothing to fault! Received a complimentary room upgrade, staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Amazing breakfast - delectable spread of artisan mezze and local specialties, eggs cooked perfectly to order any way you like them… Complimentary tea and cookies/fruit/nuts in the afternoon in the lobby! Location is fantastic - central and surrounded by a trendy neighborhood yet tucked away so very quiet/private.
Book a dinner at Nicole too - best fine dining we’ve had in Istanbul!! Rooms are spacious, stylish and immaculately clean with the most plush bed and pillows one could imagine :). Nothing - genuinely amazing hotel and team!.

У меня в день вылета отменился рейс, в итоге я прилетела на день позже - отель пошел навстречу и изменил продолжительность моего пребывания.
Ресторан при отеле тоже могу рекомендовать.. .
