An exceptional stay that I wished did not have to end.. We stayed at Tom Tom for 4 days and 5 nights. Speaking as a person who spends a lot of time in hotels for my work, I can safely say this is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in a fantastic spot in the city. I have been in Istanbul 3 times. On the right a few minutes walk away you have Istiklal street on the left down the hill Galatport. You can access the metro system with a very short walk, and the Trams. The hotel right across the road of the Italian embassy down a private street. It is very quite and calm at night as a result (very rare to find in Istanbul!). The staff were amazing, helpful and non invasive at the same. Its the first Istanbul hotel I have stayed in that did not try to sell tours and boat trips to you at every oppertunity. The room was ver clean and spacious. There was a very comfortable and sizeable bed. The bathroom felt luxurious and spacious. The cleaning staff were good, thorough and generous with toiletries. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious, with exceptional staffing. The hotel created a homely atmosphere which made it hard to leave.. Not the fault of the hotel, rather the cities Geography : Hills - to get anywhere on foot you do a lot of climbing. This may not be ideal for less able visitors..

Sehr hellhörig -Nachbarn und Lift gehört -irritierend dass minibar mit gekühltem Kondom für 2 Euro bestückt ist -kennen wir aus allen anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in denen wir je gewesen nicht -wir konnten kein Frühstück nehmen -erst ab 8h möglich-und haben daher um ein Lunch Paket gebeten -dieses war in der Zusammenstellung sehr bescheiden -(zb lediglich 1 Getränk) -und in seiner Qualität leider auch bestenfalls mittelmäßig -.

Deludente. La posizione. Non era una suite come ci voleva far credere. Non passano mai l’aspirapolvere. L’impianto di riscaldamento un disastro, si muore di caldo o di freddo. Colazione misera. Succo d’arancia industtiale.

Wonderful place to stay in Istanbul!. Tomtom Suites is a wonderful place place to stay in the New District in Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, beautfiul, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was terrific! We loved the location -- very accessible to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!. .
